Available to nmcn staff, the app will have two core functions.
By clicking “Help Me”, your mobile will bring up the number to call for the EAP helpline, for you to click call. If you hit “Advice”, you will be taken to EAP resources that offer support and guidance for a wide range of personal and mental health issues.
Everyone is different and we understand that there are many ways that people might find most comfortable to talk or get support, which is why it is important that we put a range measures in place to support you.
Over the past year, we have been working hard to break the stigma around mental health, and promoting the resources we have available which can offer support. You can talk to your line manager, a member of the QESH or HR team, or you can use our Employee Assistance Programme.
